Online Access Instructions

Step 1  (Registration):

     1) Please perform these steps on a desktop-laptop computer when logging in for the first time.

     2) For your initial login to set up your account, click the Investor360 Login button below.

     3) Once on the Investor360 website, enter the Login ID and Temporary Password that a Dunuwila team member provided you via a secure email.

     4) When you see the user agreement display, click I Agree after reviewing.

     5) As this is your first time logging on, you will be automatically brought to the Settings window. Here you will need to complete your profile information and create a permanent password for when you login in the future.

     6) Select your Paperless Preferences. We encourage all of our clients to take advantage of going paperless as this waives a $4 service fee. You are welcome to continue receiving correspondence in the mail, but Investor360 makes it easy to view and download important statements and documents.

     7) For future computer log ins, go to the Account Access tab on Dunuwila.com. We recommend bookmarking this page for a faster and more convenient way to log into your account for future dates.

Step 2  (Mobile Access):

     1) If you plan on accessing your account through your mobile device, you will need to download the Investor360 mobile app.

     2) Go to your app store and search the Investor360 App on your mobile device, then click Download. The app should have this icon.

     3) Log in using your new Investor360 credentials that you established in Step 1.
